Shipping Options

We currently ship within the UK only and offer the following delivery services:

Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Express Shipping (Royal Mail)
Next-day delivery service available for £6.95.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over £75.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM on Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next working day (Monday).

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched:

Tracked 48: 2–3 working days
Express Delivery: 1 working day

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, peak periods, or adverse weather).

Delivery Address

Please ensure that all delivery information is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Missed Deliveries

If delivery is missed, Royal Mail may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery.

If your parcel is returned to us, additional postage charges may apply for re-dispatch.
